Hello,
My name is Kimberly RoJann Galland, and I have been painting since childhood. In the early 1980s I started taking in person classes and discovered my passion. I am thankful to have been nurtured by two loving parents who believed in the power of art. My mother was an incredible artist but never pursued her passion. They loved collecting fine art and I grew up with the desire to one day have my own paintings on the walls of my own collectors. The encouragement from both of my parents, continues inspire everything that I create today. My middle name comes from my parents' creativity to combine their names, (Ron and JoAnn). I felt no better way to honor them, then to use RoJann as my Artist name.
Based in Nevada, I find my inspiration in nature, animals, birds, and the pure, unguarded innocence of young girls discovering their world. My work is a celebration of that quiet wonder — the kind that invites you to slow down and simply feel reconnected to peace.
Committed to my craft, I recently completed the Milan Art Institute Mastery Program, at 60 years of age. Deepening my skills, finding my voice and reaffirming my passion for creating beautiful, meaningful art.
Each piece is one of a kind, painted by hand and made with love. I hope my art brings the same sense of calm and joy into your home that I feel when I create.
Welcome to my world. I'm so glad you're here.
Art has always been my language — the one I turn to when words fall short. Through painting, I find a way to express what lives deep within me, giving form and color to feelings that resist description.
My work lives at the intersection of playful abstraction and realism, layered with collage, inks, acrylics, and oils. Each piece is built slowly, intuitively — texture upon texture, color upon color — until something true emerges.
I create for those who seek an unburdened sense of joy. For the collector who pauses in front of a painting and feels, even for a moment, lighter. My hope is that my art brings a sense of uplift, inspiration, nostalgia, and quiet peace into your everyday life — a reminder that beauty is always within reach.
This is why I paint, A little piece of wonder, made just for you.
